INvolve and its founder, Suki Sandhu OBE, had already established themselves as authorities in the DEI space, but with an increasing number of companies moving into this space – either existing companies broadening their offering to include DEI, or new entrants – Diffusion needed to highlight its experience and credentials to present INvolve as experts in global DEI implementation.
Diffusion worked with INvolve to strategically reinforce its position as a DEI champion and position Suki as an industry thought leader and outspoken commentator within the media.
From the onboarding stage, Diffusion worked closely with INvolve to identify key issues and themes where we could craft a unique and meaningful point of view. These points of view, as well as the wider brand messaging that was developed, was used to launch a comprehensive thought leadership and corporate profiling campaign for both INvolve and Suki specifically.
Diffusion secured hero profiles and thought leadership opportunities for Suki in major national, business, HR and diversity press, looking at INvolve’s achievements and ambitions as well as his commitment to driving change within business and the global workforce.
