INvolve: CEO profiling

INvolve briefed Diffusion to elevate its industry voice and media profile as a leader in the diversity, equity and inclusion sector through a time where there was more focus on DEI in business than ever.

INvolve is a diversity, equity and inclusion consultancy and global network that enables leaders and change makers to build more successful and empowering organisations where everyone can thrive.

Founded in 2013 by Suki Sandhu OBE, a globally recognised expert in talent, diversity and inclusion, INvolve transforms workplaces and mindsets through the delivery of programs, thought leadership and advisory solutions to help firms drive cultural change.

INvolve’s DEI specialists work with over 100 global businesses, including Barclays, Google and The Body Shop, leading with data and measurement through its unique RADAR tool and comprehensive DEI strategies. INvolve focuses on creating opportunities, conscious inclusion and developing and inspiring the diverse leaders of the future.

Insight & Idea

INvolve and its founder, Suki Sandhu OBE, had already established themselves as authorities in the DEI space, but with an increasing number of companies moving into this space – either existing companies broadening their offering to include DEI, or new entrants – Diffusion needed to highlight its experience and credentials to present INvolve as experts in global DEI implementation.

Diffusion worked with INvolve to strategically reinforce its position as a DEI champion and position Suki as an industry thought leader and outspoken commentator within the media.

From the onboarding stage, Diffusion worked closely with INvolve to identify key issues and themes where we could craft a unique and meaningful point of view. These points of view, as well as the wider brand messaging that was developed, was used to launch a comprehensive thought leadership and corporate profiling campaign for both INvolve and Suki specifically.

Diffusion secured hero profiles and thought leadership opportunities for Suki in major national, business, HR and diversity press, looking at INvolve’s achievements and ambitions as well as his  commitment to driving change within business and the global workforce.

Impact & Action

Diffusion’s campaign is positioning INvolve and Suki as UK champions of diversity, equity and inclusion.

21 media opportunities were secured over 7 months with titles including The Times, Sky News, PA Media, Investment Week, HR Magazine and People Management, generating a total reach of over 42 million.

Highlights included an interview slot with Sky News’ Sam Washington on the day of Pride in London, discussing the backlash to high street bank Halifax’s introduction of gender pronouns on name badges, as well as a ‘How I Made It’ profile in The Times. You can watch Suki’s Sky News interview here.
