Natasha is a Director at Diffusion and oversees the UK office’s Consumer & Travel practice. A highly experienced communications professional with over 18 years’ experience working across consumer and corporate PR, Natasha leads on high-impact campaigns for brands across a range of sectors.
From scale-ups through to large multi-national brands, she has a proven track record in developing and executing PR and social media campaigns both in the UK and internationally, always with a focus on generating measurable business results that impact the brand’s bottom line.
At Diffusion, Natasha has spearheaded campaigns for brands including Secret Escapes, Bookatable, Hilton Hotels, as well as campaigns designed to reach the Gen Z audience for Scape Student Living and Topdeck Travel. She has also overseen the launch of Air New Zealand’s world-renowned safety video campaigns in the UK, and L’Oréal’s For Women in Science and Young Scientist Centre initiatives.
Natasha has extensive experience in the travel and tourism sector having led campaigns for destinations including Dubai and Mexico, and executing travel awareness campaigns for the Foreign Office, educating travellers on staying safe and healthy when abroad. Prior to joining Diffusion, Natasha worked at Ogilvy where she led on the PR campaign for BP’s sponsorship of the Olympic Games.
She also oversees crisis and issues management, advising on brand protection and transforming reputations at times of crisis.
