Hutton Brickyards Names Diffusion PR Agency of Record

Hutton Brickyards Riverfront Hotel + Venue, a luxury hotel with uninterrupted waterfront vistas in the Hudson Valley, has appointed Diffusion PR as its public relations agency of record. Diffusion’s work for Hutton Brickyards will focus on corporate and consumer media relations to elevate its brand awareness among consumers, travelers, event and corporate retreat planners as well as health enthusiasts.

Diffusion’s campaign for Hutton Brickyards will highlight the property’s unparalleled travel experience, including its deep connections to nature through its 43-room guest cottages and the restored hilltop Edgewood Mansion. The pet-friendly property includes seasonal restaurants, bars, barrel saunas and offers bespoke activities for guests that include archery, guided nature walks, yoga, kayaking, bicycling, bourbon tours and even hot air balloon rides. Through creative storytelling, proactive media relations, press trips and events, Diffusion will position Hutton Brickyards as the ultimate destination for vacations, events, weddings and corporate retreat bookings across the US.

Having been the region’s last architecturally intact brick manufactory for construction projects throughout the Hudson Valley and New York City, Hutton Brickyards was restored as a luxury hotel in 2021 and maintains subtle nods to its past throughout the property. Steel-frame kiln sheds and a Lidgerwood crane remain on the property to serve as a reminder of its manufacturing past, original Hutton bricks line the pathways and cocktails at its on-site restaurants are named after some of the historic buildings Hutton bricks were used for – like Yankee Stadium, the Cloisters and the Empire State Building. Additionally, in early 2025, Hutton Brickyards completed renovations on their smaller on-site carriage house and is now one of only a few properties that can host two weddings simultaneously.
