Diversity consultancy INvolve enlists Diffusion
INvolve, the diversity and inclusion consultancy that enables leaders and change makers to build more successful and empowering organisations, has selected Diffusion to lead its public relations strategy following a competitive pitch process. Founded in 2013 by Suki Sandhu OBE, a globally recognised expert in talent, diversity and inclusion, INvolve transforms workplaces and mindsets through the delivery of programs, thought leadership and advisory solutions to help firms drive cultural change. Its DEI specialists work with over 100 global businesses, including Barclays, Google and The Body Shop.
While the diversity and inclusion landscape has changed dramatically in the last few years, and there is growing appetite for change among businesses leaders, INvolve is focused on helping its clients to deliver change that is real, meaningful and above all, measurable. Diffusion’s campaign will position INvolve’s spokespeople as industry thought leaders and commentators across the many interlinked facets of D&I from company culture and talent to enhanced governance and business performance. The program will focus on top-tier national and business media to reach C-level decision makers as well as strengthening relationships with HR trade media.
Diffusion’s campaign will also be amplifying the company’s Role Model Lists, which sees INvolve showcase and celebrate global business leaders who are driving change, as well as supporting If Not Now, When? a national campaign launched in the aftermath of the harrowing events of May 2020 that has secured commitments from over 80 CEOs to create business cultures that are fully representative and inclusive of Black individuals.
