parcelLab, the Operations Experience Management platform, has appointed Diffusion, the international integrated communications agency to help amplify its brand profile in the UK and increase demand for its increasingly sought-after post-sales experience platform.

Working already with over 550 brands including Farfetch, Hotel Chocolat and Bose to improve the post-purchase experience for retailers and customers, the partnership will involve Diffusion supporting parcelLab’s continued growth in the UK,  following the company’s Series C funding of $112 million earlier this year.

As UK consumers become increasingly concerned about the longevity of supply chain disruptions and delivery issues, as well as the long-term sustainability of the retailers they buy from, parcelLab’s message is timely. Diffusion’s campaign will support the in-market demand generation strategy and boost its brand visibility amongst target C-suite, e-commerce and marketing audiences through a creative, content-led thought leadership strategy that leverages the executive team’s deep industry knowledge and insights.

Katharine Biggs, Head of Marketing Communications – EMEA, parcelLab said: “parcelLab is on a mission to disrupt and transform online experiences around the world, and we’re delighted to be working with Diffusion on both sides of the Atlantic to get the word out to brands about how they can build a positive post-sales experience for customers.

“Following the momentum generated by our recent Series C funding announcement and having driven strong results in the US in recent months, we’re keen to replicate our success in the UK. Diffusion is an international agency with deep knowledge and understanding of the UK retail audience and media landscape, and the integrated global team’s understanding of our mission really stood out to us throughout the pitch process.”

Giles Barron, Director at Diffusion, commented: “parcelLab offers something truly and tangibly different to its competition, including a highly customisable solution and a UK leadership team that understands the complex challenges and opportunities facing today’s retail businesses.

“Our creative, proactive campaign plan is designed to enthuse UK brands and marketers about the opportunities presented by operations experience management in a way that speaks to our specific local market, helping parcelLab to become the leading voice in this area.”
