SamBoat brings Diffusion on board for UK PR campaign

SamBoat, the global platform for boat rental, has appointed Diffusion to build its brand awareness in the UK as Brits look to holiday overseas once again. The appointment comes following a competitive pitch process.

SamBoat is the fastest growing global rental platform, offering the widest range of boats and yachts.  As an experience typically reserved for the wealthy; sailing has often lacked a sense of accessibility. SamBoat’s mission is to popularise sailing, opening it up to a wider audience, and in recent years, TV and media have made it topical, relevant and appealing to British consumers.

Building on this increase in consumer interest, Diffusion’s PR programme will include campaigns that tap into cultural moments and events to generate mainstream consumer awareness, supported by a core press office campaign and press trip activity.

The SamBoat platform compares thousands of boats around the world, all of which has been vetted by SamBoat, and filters them according to price, size and cabin availability.  The rental experience removes the stress and fuss of searching for and booking the perfect boat to meet the customer’s needs.
