Following a competitive pitch process, Audeliss, the global executive search firm specialising in diversity, has appointed Diffusion as its PR agency in the UK.
Championing change from leadership level, Audeliss is committed to levelling the playing field for diverse senior level talent. With many organisations viewing diversity on boards as a ‘nice-to-have’, rather than really committing to and recognising its inherent value, Audeliss is dedicated to transforming the traditional methods of executive search, which are no longer fit for purpose, by providing global organisations with access to broader and more diverse senior talent.
Audeliss works with clients to create a process that is fair and transparent, seeking to reduce bias in the recruitment process whilst also ensuring that talent always comes before background.
Diffusion’s campaign will focus on an issues-based thought leadership programme to reinforce Audeliss’ expertise as it challenges the status quo of executive search. Diffusion will also look after corporate profiling of Audeliss’ founder, Suki Sandhu OBE, a globally recognised expert in talent, diversity and inclusion.
Founded in 2011 Audeliss aims to change the face of corporate leadership and has worked with global organisations such as Coca Cola, Aviva, Audible and Chanel among many others to place senior talent. In 2021 86% of Audeliss’ appointments were diverse.
